Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wolf Studios! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only) We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages Wolf Studios is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Wolf Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
